Privacy & Cookie Policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the Prana Quiet website, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and what rights you have. We have written it in plain English and aim to collect only what we need.
1. Who we are
The controller of your personal data is PT PERUSAHAAN LAKSHMI NARAYANA, Jl. Pantai Batu Bolong No. 29, Desa Canggu, Kec. Kuta Utara, Kab. Badung, Bali, Indonesia (NIB 0905230043813). We operate under the brand “Prana” / “Prana Quiet” and offer villas and studios at Virgin Beach, Karangasem, East Bali.
To ask a privacy question or exercise a right, email info@pranahomebali.com, or contact us via WhatsApp or phone on +62 878-1328-6435, or via the form on our website. We reply within one month.
2. What data we collect
When you send the consultation form or download the guide, we collect:
- your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address and country;
- an optional message;
- your answers about purpose (invest or live), property interest, purchase timeline and preferred contact channel;
- whether you ticked the separate box to receive our updates by email (see section 8);
- marketing attribution: UTM parameters, fbclid/gclid click identifiers, the landing page and the referrer.
If you accept analytics or marketing cookies, those services also receive technical data such as your browser, device and pages viewed. You are never required to give us your data, but we cannot answer an enquiry without contact details.
3. Why we use it and our legal basis

Where Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP, Law No. 27 of 2022) applies, we process your data on the corresponding grounds of that law: your consent, steps taken at your request, or our legitimate interests. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest at any time.
4. Who receives your data
- Netlify (USA): website hosting and storage of form submissions.
- Meta Platforms: Meta Pixel and Conversions API, only if you consent to marketing cookies.
- Google Analytics 4: website statistics, only if you consent to analytics cookies.
- Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.): instant notifications of your enquiry to our sales team.
- WhatsApp: only if you choose to message us there.
- Our CRM and an AI assistant: used to record, answer and qualify enquiries. An AI assistant may reply to you first. A human advisor is always available on request: just ask.
- YouTube: our embedded films use the youtube-nocookie domain and load only when you press play.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. Transfers outside the EEA and UK
We are based in Indonesia and some providers are in the USA, so your data is transferred outside the EEA, the UK and Switzerland. We rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses where applicable. You can ask us how to obtain a copy of these safeguards.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. If a purchase follows, we keep the data for as long as the contract and the law require. Cookies expire as described below.

Analytics and marketing cookies stay off until you accept them. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time; withdrawing is as easy as giving consent.
8. Marketing emails
We send you updates about Prana Quiet by email only if you tick the separate box on our forms. Sending an enquiry or downloading the guide does not subscribe you. Every email contains an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge, by using that link or by writing to info@pranahomebali.com. Withdrawal does not affect earlier processing, and we will still reply to your direct enquiries.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR, the UK GDPR and Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP No. 27/2022) you have the right to:
- access the data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict how we use it;
- receive it in a portable format;
- object to our processing;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
To use any of these, contact us as described in section 1; we reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority, for example in the EU member state where you live or work, the UK Information Commissioner's Office, or the Swiss FDPIC.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
